We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
- We do not draft legal documents
- We do not explain legal consequences of documents
- Customers must present valid, government-issued ID
- All signers must be present and aware at the time of notarization.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in refusal of service without refund of service without refund of travel fees.
Appointment & Booking Policy
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by confirmation
- Same-day appointments are subject to availability
- Customers must provide accurate information when booking
Important:
Time slots listed are for in=person services only. Mobile services require confirmation and may incur additional fees.
Travel & Mobile Fees
Mobile notary services include a travel fee based on distance.
- Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is enroute
- Additional fees may apply for locations outside of the standard service area
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept Cash and all major credit/debit cards

D&O Notary Service, LLC provides passport support and assistance only.
We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State.
- We do not issue passports or guarantee approval nor do we guarantee processing times
- Our role is to guide you, review your documents, and help ensure your application is complete and accurate based on official requirements.
- Final decisions on passport approval are made solely by the U.S. Department of State.
- Customers are responsible for submitting their documents to authorized agencies.
